I wasn't diagnosed with dyslexia until 6th grade, and I was wondering how old Elijah was when he was diagnosed and (if he was old enough to understand) what it must have felt like to learn that he had this disorder? And for Russell, what kinds of things float thru your mind as a parent when you learned about Elijah's diagnosis? Was it hard to stay positive about his future at that point?

I know that it is considered the mirror disease...what methods of teaching, support, or therapy does someone receive when diagnosed with dyslexia?
