I work with the Madison Co. Special Olympics. We are always looking and needing volunteers. If anyone is interested, I can give the contact info. There is a big Halloween/Fall Festival the last sat of Oct. It is a huge fundraiser for the Special Olympics.

that sounds like it would be a lot of fun. though i dont know if i could make it to madison county, is there anywhere else that they hold events like this. didnt know if you had a schedule or something like it.thanks.
There are events in Lexington not for special olympics but for people who have special needs they are great fun and the particpants love everyone and the fact that they take time out of our busy days to spend time with them and to help them do things. Such as bowling, arts and crafts, dances, fitness, cooking. Call 299-2900 to get more information talk to Kristy
