Some stratgies for working together in groups. WOW, thats a tough question. I believe some strategies would be all getting along, sharing and acknowledging one anothers thoughts and questions, being positive, creating a healthy environment for a group, not be negative, and the list could go on. I do believe that it helps me when i am in a group, because it takes the pressur off of me, if someone else thinks exactly how i think! I love working in the groups, that you do!

The number one thing to remember is to be optimistic. Don't be negative toward anyone else in the group and always listen to their opinions even when you don't agree with them. Some key aspects that would benefit groups would be creativity, sharing opinions and thoughts on the subject, and optimism. Working in groups allows others to "come out of their shell" and share their views, it's also a great time to get to know your classmates.

I think that cooperation, understanding others opions, and respect are some good aspects of group work. I have in the past not enjoyed group work. I have come to enjoy team work, were everone works together as a team for the best interests of all involved.

I think an effective group must have a leader and people who are willing to work together. They have to be focused on the topic and committed to working on it. They need to be willing to listen to one another and take other people's opinions into consideration. They need to be positive and creative to be an effective group and accomplish anything.
