I have a funny story for all of you guys.
Have you ever just had one of those days where EVERYTHING went wrong? I had one today.
I woke up late. I needed to print off something for class and my printer didnt work! So I go downstairs and Dupree's printer doesnt work. So I have to go and wake my friend up at 9 to print my hw!
So tonight, I was working on some more stuff and I realized that I couldn't get access to my W drive. I go downstairs and guess what? I cant on Duprees printer either. So....I go to the SSB and finally get everything saved,printed and worked out!
I seriously hope that you guys can find the humor I have in this.
But for the moment, I think I hate technology!

We must be twins separated at birth. That was my week last week.
I know the feeling. I encountered a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. I went to print and the paper would not feed, I finally got the printer fixed,must I say it took a couple of days though. From this I decided that my son needed a printer for him computer and we wouldn't have to have that problem again.
OK... that's so weird because I had the exact same problem today. I typed a 3pg paper this morning in the lobby of Telford (because I'm out of black ink in my printer). When I went to print it out, the printer wouldn't work (jammed ink cartridge?)I tried to email the paper to myself but couldn't get the internet to work for some unknown reason. I saved it to my W drive but, when I went to pull it back up on another campus computer, it didn't save. In the end, I had to totally redo the paper. I have been in a really bad mood for the rest of the day. It's very frustrating when you do your work in time and can't get it in.
Erin I undestand your frustration. I hav a new laptop this year. I usually just use my home computer but I am on campus longer everyday this semester. The first day I brought the laptop with me I not only didn't have good signal for internet but I could not open most files without it being in coded script. Now all problems fixed but what a scare I ha that day. Technology is here to stay so imagine not knowing how to use it. It won't be long until we will use no paper.
That always happens to me, especiall when I have something important to do. I also hate technology with a passion...
