Class Monday
The class we had Monday was amazing. I loved learning about morphemes, semantics, and pragmatics. I love that we get to do group things, because I think that it help me to understand what we are talking about when get to do hands on things. I like that we pass the cards around and liked the many different words and sentences that each group came up with. I thought the class was fun and really enjoyed it.

I have found that this class is preparing me for my other classes. In my middle school methods class we will be going over the same information we learned Monday night. I feel like I am staying one step ahead!!!
I agree whole-heartedly with this post.
I think the card activity was the best way to demonstrate the difference syntax, semantics, and pragmatics. I've always heard these terms in high school english classes, but I never truly understood the importance or significance of them. It's neat to see how each one plays a different but equally as important role in communication and language.
Class on Monday was very enjoyable I am very glad that registered for this class it is helping me with my other classes and to be more prepared for other things that I have to do for other classes now and in the future.
I agree that the activities we did monday night made class very enjoyable. I have not had to use any of the materials we have covered in any other class yet but it's good to know that i will!
Passing the cards around was very cool... honestly I can't say I've seen it done that often.
