I enjoyed reading students' posts on the blog last semester. Students used it productively to answer one another's questions, share ideas, current events relative to our class topics and even great stories. I look forward to seeing how this group will use it to your benefit and enjoyment.
To get our COMMUNICATION started feel free in your first post to share a brief introduction of yourself if you would like. It would be great to know where everyone is from, what your major is and anything unique, special or fun you would like to share with us. You're welcome to upload a picture of yourself, a pet, a cartoon, etc.
I am a Hoosier transplanted in Kentucky now for 20 years. I LOVE German Shepherds. This one is the King of our house. His name is Hanif.
Often there will be a video feed, a picture or a poll in the right margin to spark discussion. Diversity of thought is WELCOME! Be prepared to support your ideas and opinions in a respectful manner.
